Company Director, Alan Asbury is a Chartered Energy Manager, Chartered Environmentalist and Chartered Wastes Manager with an MSc in Environmental Management from the University of Nottingham.
He was trained by the Energy Institute to its highest level European (now Advanced) Energy Manager level (EurEM) in 2010 and has been a full member of the Institute (MEI) since then.
Alan achieved Certified Measurement and Verification Professional - CMVP® (IPMVP) status in 2014, (renewing in 2017) with the UK Association of Energy Engineers (UKAEE). This allows for guaranteed savings to be demonstrated as required using IPMVP global industry standard software.
An ESOS Lead Assessor, he is qualified to provide and oversee mandatory four yearly energy assessments for large companies in four member states
Alan has more than 12 years of experience in assessing buildings for energy reduction measures, controls and solutions. He is also a fleet assessor and delivers significant savings across light commercial and grey fleet, through HGV and marine, to aircraft fleets.
Alan conducts energy assessments, audits and presentations to commercial companies. As a qualified trainer, he conducts bespoke company training courses for CLS Energy.
He was awarded National Sustainability Manager of the Year in Dec 2012 and won Fleet Hero (Silver) in Nov 2015 by the Energy Savings Trust. He has fund writing successes amounting to over £2,000,000.
Associate of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (AIEMA) since 2000, Alan was recently made a practitioner (PIEMA).
Teresa Hua has over 20 years of marketing, advertising and systems development experience in the UK and Taiwan.
With an MBA in Marketing and a First Class Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Teresa manages our marketing and media plan, our events campaign and sales and systems analysis, CRM, promotional events and Public relations.
Teresa is fluent in English, Spanish, Fujienese and Mandarin Chinese.
Conor Molloy, is an Associate Consultant and energy advisor with an MSc in Energy Management and Renewable energy from the University of Ulster.
He is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM), Measurement & Verification professional - CMVP® (IPMVP) and trainer for ISO 50001.
In recent times, he has trained over 100 ESOS Lead Assessors in Transport Energy Auditing, led the publication of EN 16247-4 Europe’s transport energy audit standard and contributed to ISO 50004.
Since 2005, Conor’s has been helping business save fuel and manage their energy usage for profit and reduced emissions.
Accepted as a member of the Association of Energy Engineers, CILT, FTAI, IMCA and EVO. Conor is a registered Lead ESOS Assessor (UK) and registered energy auditor (Ireland).
James Hoare MEI, Chartered Energy Engineer (with the Energy Institute) is an Associate Consultant with CLS Energy.
James is an experienced and qualified professional engineer with 30 years Engineering, Innovation/Product Development, Commercial, Marketing, Sales / Business Development and Managerial experience in the Energy industry with business start-ups through to large Utility/Manufacturing/Consulting and Construction Organisations.
An ESOS Lead Assessor and a specialist in Renewable Energy generation technologies. He has a wealth of experience in Solar PV, Solar Thermal, large and small scale wind, Hydro, EfW, Biomass (Heat and Electricity) and heat pump installations and in “off grid” Energy Storage Systems.
He is a specialist in systems verification and validation testing, thermographic investigation, fault investigation and grid connection of distributed generation.
Other experience includes conventional power generation, transmission and distribution, network automation, SCADA/EMS/Telecoms and Traction Power Supplies (AC and DC). Substation / overhead Line / Underground Cabling design/construction LV11/25/66/132/275/400 kV.
Ann Lin manages our human resources and finances. She has specialisms in analytics and forensic billing analysis.
Ann graduated from Shih Hsin University in Taipei, Taiwan in 1998 with a first class bachelors degree in journalism.
She has worked as assistant editor for Business Weekly following her earlier work there where she focused on reporting on international financial markets. Ann speaks English, Mandarin Chinese and Fujienese and assists us with translation as we enter the Chinese market.
